As we are a Small Business 2 Lady show. We try our best to keep up with quantities, sometimes we do sell out of a product and there can be a short delay. We do our very best to be as prompt as possible and most orders are received within a week. If for some reason the item has to be placed on Backorder we will be in touch with you asap. You can then choose to wait for your item or cancel it. If you choose to cancel the order we will refund you or monies paid for that item. Returns are accepted, however returns must be received with original tags and packaging and must be in a saleable condition. We are not responsible for the postage of the return item. You are welcome to return the item to our store located at 40 Church Street Whittlesea 3757. Returns must be received by us within 14 days. Return product(s) will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. If accepted we will Refund you the amount of the product not the postage. Unreturnable items and/or returned items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Customers who received product(s) with a manufacturing fault or incorrectly are entitled to a full refund not including postage.
